Company and agreements
Haven is a technology provider, not a mortgage lender or servicer. Your signed agreement governs the services supplied to your organization. For help reaching the right team, contact support@havenservicing.com.
Demo request information
The demo form starts with your work email, then asks for your name, company and business type. You can also share your company website, role, portfolio size and what you would like to explore. The form sends your information when you select “Request a demo” on the final step.
We use those details to research your company, prepare a relevant conversation and contact you about your request. The request is delivered to Haven’s sales team through Slack, along with the version of the contact notice shown when you submit. Please leave out homeowner records, account numbers and other sensitive information.
You can ask us to stop contacting you about your demo request by replying to our team or emailing privacy@havenservicing.com.
If a scheduling link is available after submission, you can choose to open Calendly. No contact details are added to the scheduling link. Your use of Calendly is subject to its own privacy terms.
